Timeline for 2014/15 Federal Financial Aid Awarding

Week of March 10th: We will begin awarding students that are not currently enrolled in spring 2014 UA classes and have indicated on their FAFSA that they/spouse/parents are either not required to file or have already filed their 2013 tax information.

Week of April 28th: We will begin awarding students that are not currently enrolled in spring 2014 UA classes and have indicated on their FAFSA that they/spouse/parents "will file" their taxes. To prevent delaying awarding until after the IRS tax filing deadline, please file your taxes as early as possible and update your tax information on your FAFSA.

Week of May 12th: We will begin awarding students that are currently enrolled in spring 2014 coursework.

All applicants can verify that their 2014/15 FAFSA has been received by UAA by checking their UAOnline account. If an applicant is required to submit additional documentation to our office, we encourage them to do so as soon as possible, in order to prevent delay in awarding.
