Charge Textbooks to your Student Account

Many students are able to charge textbooks to their student accounts! Anchorage campus students can do so through the campus bookstore.

Correspondence Policies

We Use Email

The Office of Student Financial Assistance communicates with students primarily through their UAA email accounts. New students will be sent one physical copy of their financial aid award letter in the mail, but all other correspondence will be sent electronically. It is therefore the student's responsibility to check their email account frequently.

If you have designated a preferred email address, will we send all further financial aid messages to that account.

If you would like a physical copy of further award letters, you can print one through your UAOnline account.
