Office Manager


Natalie Elder is a lifelong Alaskan and Seawolf graduate. Natalie has obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree in Small Business Administration. She started working at the University of Alaska Anchorage during her freshman year; she gained a student worker position with help from a former Career Services Center employee who assisted her with writing her first resume and finding an on-campus job. From a student worker she moved to a full-time position in Enrollment Management and now works as the Office Manager of the UAA Career Services Center. She enjoys answering students’ questions and strives to be a useful source of information for anyone calling or coming into CSC. Natalie manages the office by keeping track of the budget, assisting students and employers, assisting with general office duties, and helping coordinate the many events and opportunities the Center offers throughout the academic year.

Workforce and Career Development Coordinator 

Danica Manaois earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UAA. She has gained professional experience through working at the UAA Career Services Center since May 2008. As a Workforce and Career Development Coordinator, Danica is responsible for managing the various career fairs and numerous on-campus recruiting events hosted by the UAA Career Services Center. She helps with informing students, alumni, and employers of the services that the Career Services Center provides. She enjoys helping students, alumni, employers, and community members in assuring that they receive the answers to their questions. Danica values working with the rest of the helpful CSC staff and is grateful for the knowledge and experiences she acquires from working at the Career Services Center. Danica aims to provide opportunities for job seekers to gain employment and achieve their career goals and for employers to connect with the most qualified and best fitting applicants for their job positions.
