DegreeWorks/Degree Audits

DegreeWorks is an electronic degree audit program and academic advising tool designed to assist you and advisors in reviewing your degree progress.  A web-based program, DegreeWorks reorganizes your transcript chronologically and categorically, easily identifying courses you have completed and which courses you still need in order to fulfill your degree requirements.

 

Access Through UAOnline

Students and advisors can monitor progress toward degree completion, track petitions and advising notes, and use the "What If" and "Look Ahead" features in DegreeWorks.

DegreeWorks may be accessed through UAOnline under Student Services. We strongly encourage you to use Chrome or Firefox when viewing your DegreeWorks audit.  You may encounter issues in Internet Explorer.

Please follow these steps to login to DegreeWorks and view your personal degree audit:

  • Login to Secured Area at http://uaonline.alaska.edu. If you are unable to login to UAOnline, please contact Enrollment Services at (907) 786-1480 for assistance.

  • Under the 'Student Services & Account Information' tab, select the 'DegreeWorks/Electronic Degree Audit link and then 'UAA DegreeWorks.'

 

Please contact your advisor with questions about your DegreeWorks audit.  Your advisor should be listed at the top of our DegreeWorks audit.  If no advisor is listed, click here to view a list of advising contacts broken down by college and major.
