Room Furnishings

We understand and share your desire to personalize and decorate your room. However, there are a few important considerations to help promote a safe living environment for all residents. Please arrange your furniture and store belongings so that exits, heat vents, or water heaters are not blocked. Do not store bicycles, sporting equipment, unwanted furniture, luggage, etc., in hallways, lounges, stairwells, entrances, or any area that is a means of escape during an emergency.

All private furniture must be removed at the time of move-out. Furniture left in the residential areas will be stored, at the student's expense, for 30 days. After 30 days time period, all remaining private furniture will be disposed.
