The Cuddy Quad is filled with booths sponsored by UAA student clubs and organizations, departments, and community businesses.  The Campus Kick-Off festival features live music, roving acts, and a barbecue.  There are prizes, lots of cool prizes!  We have been known to have Alaska Airlines tickets, gift certificates to your favorite restaurants around town, and other awesome prizes that will make any student happy!  Please be sure to take time to sit and eat some great food and enjoy the music!  The Festival has great energy and is a great way to meet new people!

What is the Comedy Show?
Campus Kick-off committee ensures every year that there is a comedy act or two for Campus Kick-Off's Comedy Show.  It usually takes place right after the Festival and is one of the most popular events for Campus Kick-Off.  It is located in the Wendy Williamson Auditorium, which can hold up to 900 people.  Prizes are also given away during this event too!  But you have to go to win!  The acts vary each year and are chosen by the Campus Kick-Off Entertainment Committee.

What is the Walk-Up Movie?
This wonderful tradition began in 2011 and has become a big hit!  What would be better than watching a movie outside in Alaska?  Right in the Cuddy Quad around 9:30pm by Rasmusen Hall a big movie screen is erected and students can all hang out together and watch a movie chosen by your peers.  Free food and more prizes are given from this event too!

What is the Volleyball Game?
The volleyball game is an exhibition regular length game featuring the UAA Volleyball team against the Alumni stars. This event is hugely popular with the community and is enjoyed in the Wells Fargo Sports Complex.  It is free to attend for everyone.  Again, be sure to catch the game for more chances to win more prizes!
