This month, the NAI, in partnership with Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, presented the inaugural PMU-NAI International Patent Award to three outstanding inventors: New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Dr. Tara Alvarez, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Dr. Shane Farritor, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Dr. Susan Trammell.
Representing the Academy, NAI Board Member and the University of Georgia’s Dr. Karen Burg, FNAI, delivered a speech in honor of the PMU-NAI International Patent Award Ceremony as well as participated in a panel discussion with award winners.
