Due to the planned outage of the UA Banner system, IT Services will be unable to issue Microsoft software products to staff and faculty until March 11. You may resume software checkout once the Banner system is restored. If you have any questions regarding software checkout, please contact the IT Services Call Center at 907-786-4646 or through e-mail at callcenter@uaa.alaska.edu.
