Chancellor Ulmer and fellow BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling Commissioners issue final report to President and Congress

In June 2010, Chancellor Fran Ulmer was named to the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling. Over the past several months, the Commission worked to complete a report of the findings and recommendations on the causes of BP's Gulf rig blowout and prevention of future disasters. That report was released to the President, to Congress and to the public on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011.
