Author Mark Curriden, writer-in-residence at SMU Dedham School of Law, tells the story of Ed Johnson, an African-American laborer, sentenced to death for the rape of a young white woman in Tennessee. Mr. Curriden describes the legal, social and political importance of the case, and its significance in American history. His presentation includes audience question and answer.
