As a records specialist, you will join a team of knowledgeable, caring and innovative professionals working primarily behind the scenes to improve the student, faculty and staff experience at UAA.

We need your help keeping the Seawolf Food Pantry open during the summer! We are looking for a student to staff the food pantry on Wednesdays from 12-3 p.m. through the summer, and do some asynchronous work needed by the pantry.

As part of the onboarding experience at UAA, the Employee Experience Department hosts an optional buddy program for new employees. This program pairs an existing employee with a new employee to welcome them to campus and help them build a sense of community. Peer guide volunteers are essential to the program!

Admissions and our campus partners will be participating in community events this summer and we need your help!

Stop by the UAA station on Providence Dr. in front of the Consortium Library during your morning commute. Afterward, visit the Varsity Sports Grill on the 4th floor of the Alaska Airlines Center between 4:30–8 p.m. for the UMED-area Bike Party, featuring door prizes, food and drink specials, and more!
