Staff | Two awards per year, one awardee for the Anchorage campus and one awardee selected from a community campus.
Exercises leadership, initiative and outstanding teamwork capabilities that create a positive atmosphere, and consistently performs at a level above normal job requirements to advance a culture of institutional excellence that inspires and enables student, faculty and staff success.

- Impact level showing support.

- Impact level of teamwork capabilities that create a positive atmosphere.
- Level “above and beyond” normal job requirements/functions.
- Impact to advancing UAA’s Mission.
- Other noteworthy qualities considered.
