Youth Exploration Camps

Exploration Camps are designed to encourage students to consider healthcare professions. Camps are aimed at students ages 15-19. Each camp can be offered for 2-3 college credits and includes the opportunity to earn and industry recognized credential. 

Health Career Camps explore the various professions in healthcare. Students learn about key topics in healthcare including anatomy and physiology, ethics and confidentiality, and professionalism. Students may receive CPR, First Aid, Blood Bourne Pathogen and Emergency Trauma Technician certifications.

Behavioral Health Career Camps explore career pathways in the field of behavioral health. Students learn about key topics in behavioral health including wellness techniques, abuse, neglect, addiction, grief, stress and mental health while discovering career paths within the field. Students will receive teen Mental Health First Aid certification or QPR Suicide Prevention certification.
