Alaska Interprofessional Distance Learning Consortium
The Alaska Interprofessional Distance Learning Consortium (AK-IDLC) is a unique grant-funded program that aims to train graduate professional students in the delivery of culturally responsive behavioral health care using face-to-face and telehealth methods. The program equips trainees with best practices in helping Alaska Natives, individuals in LGBTQ2+ communities, people living in poverty, and youth exposed to violence. Trainees receive interprofessional course instruction, a core curriculum, and clinical experiences.
