Mental health wellness breaks canceled; new workshop schedule coming soon

Students in the Department of Health, Physical Education & Recreation will be giving back to their peers by leading several wellness breaks for students this Spring 2021 semester focused on mental health. Join these quick 30-minute Zoom activities between your classes, on your lunch break, or some time throughout your day to help you de-stress, relax, stay grounded, and re-focus. These wellness breaks are also a great way to stay connected to your peers and the UAA student community. Now more than ever we are realizing the importance of self-care, mental wellness, and staying socially connected to others. You are not alone. We are all in this together so let's come together in the best way we can to "stay wellthy."
