February Conversation Cafe - Radical Wellness: Self-Care & Capitalism

Conversation Café is a facilitated workshop and dialogue space where members of the UAA community can unpack how race, gender and sexuality show up in our current society. We are often told to prioritize self-care and mental health, but this is a small, individualized solution to a complex set of issues. This conversation café will be a dialogue and workshop focusing on how capitalism, grind culture, and systems of oppression undermine our ability to achieve wellness. This event is open to all.

Feb. 2: Office of the Registrar hosts Summer '22 Priority Registration Brown Bag

Priority registration for Summer 2022 begins February 14. If you are having to answer student questions about registration, you may find this session very helpful. We will discuss registration eligibility, priority registration, dates and deadlines, overrides, waitlists, troubleshooting and useful Banner screens. Representing the U.S. on the Nordic Ski Team is current Seawolf JC Schoonmaker and former Seawolf Hailey Swirbul. Physical education alumna Casey Wright will ski for Australia, and natural sciences alumnus Mat Robinson will play hockey for Canada.
