The School of Allied of Health is seeking applications for the Dental Clinic Front Desk Administrative Assistant. We are seeking someone who wants to be a part of the Dental Program team and is dependable, organized, reliable, enjoys interacting with people, and detail oriented.

Since last December, IT Services has been hard at work in the UAA datacenter replacing power and cooling systems that were in critical need of replacement. The migration to this new equipment is scheduled to occur over the Nov. 5 weekend. This will include a planned internet and network outage overnight both the evening of Nov. 5 and 6.

This weekend, we will need to turn our clocks back one hour as Daylight Saving Time ends. Early Sunday morning we return to Alaska Standard Time, and it serves as a good reminder to also change the battery in our smoke detectors and replace the water in our emergency supplies.

UAA's division of Campus Services is proud to welcome Jon Dyson as the General Manager for the Alaska Airlines Center.
