'Disrupt Aging Classroom: Changing the conversation about aging' workshop comes to UAA on April 21!

The UAA Healthy Aging Research Lab is proud to bring AARP's Disrupt Aging Classroom to UAA! Disrupt Aging is a two-hour interactive curriculum that challenges students to examine their aging perceptions and think about how the growing aging population is relevant to their personal lives and future careers.

UAA Gymnastics and UAA Hockey silent auction live until April 27

Gymnastics and hockey programs at UAA are currently slated for discontinuation due to state budget cuts. The teams will be automatically reinstated if supporters raise required operating expenses by the recently extended 2021 deadlines specified by the UA Board of Regents of June 30 for gymnastics and Aug. 30 for hockey. This auction is critical to help them reach their their required funding.

Perfect Pitch crowns winners while contributing to economic development

Friday, March 26 marked the date for Perfect Pitch, the final event in the 2021 Business Plan Competition sponsored by the UAA College of Business and Public Policy featuring more than $11,000 in prizes.
