This Facebook group is to support education and textbook equity. We all end up with textbooks collecting dust on our shelves, or maybe we are in need of something out of our price range.

Starting Monday, May 15, 2023 the IT Services office in the Social Sciences Building, Room 120, will be open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. These hours are for the physical office location and does not impact the hours for the IT Technical Support Center.

The UAA Testing Center Summer Hours will begin on May15, 2023 through August 18, 2023. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The Alaska Center for Conservation Science (ACCS) at the University of Alaska Anchorage would like to announce the release of a new freshwater temperature database for Alaska to help facilitate data storage and reuse.

The Student Union will change to its summer hours beginning Monday, May 8. Hours will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Campus Services works with multiple conference groups and visiting guests each summer. Event Services provides housing accommodations within the (3) Residence Halls for short term guest stays, and MAC/Templewood Apartments for long term guest stays.

UAA Student Advising is seeking applicants for the position of Academic Advising Student Assistant to aid students in completing priority advising and registration next steps, connecting them to academic advisors, scheduling academic advising appointments, and routing students to appropriate offices for additional assistance.

The Consortium Library has home COVID-19 test kits to distribute to students, staff and faculty. The kits include two rapid home tests offering results within 15 minutes.
