The first UAOnline changes are coming this month: Throughout 2024 and 2025, UAOnline will be updated with a new look and feel. Among the first changes that users will notice starting in late June will be to the main menu and site navigation, as well as the addition of some new pages, including the new My Profile dashboard.

This position serves as the human resource coordinator for Campus Services and provides support to the senior fiscal officer with financial tasks.

Incident: We have been notified of an issue where the “Zoom Meetings” desktop application is no longer visible on UAA Windows computers. This occurrence is due to an unforeseen modification that has resulted in the application being renamed to “Zoom Workplace.”

The UAA Student Health and Counseling Center will be closed, 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 6, 2024.

Campus Kickoff (CKO) welcomes all UAA students, staff and faculty to celebrate the beginning of the academic year. It’s an excellent opportunity for everyone across the UAA campus to connect and be in community.

Access to buildings on West Campus may be disrupted on June 8, 2024 until 1 p.m. Seawolf drive, Sports NW Lot, Sports West Lot, and South Lot will not be accessible during the event.

UAA’s Incident Management Team (IMT) is reopening the Avis Alaska Sports Complex (AASC), Student Union, General Support Services and Enrollment Services, and the Spine leading in and out of those buildings, tomorrow, Wednesday, May 29 for regular hours of operation.

Enrollment Services will be closed May 31 for Staff Appreciation Day. While Enrollment Services is usually closed the first Friday of each month, we will be open on June 7.

UAA Financial Services (Office of the Bursar, Accounts Payable & Travel, Financial Systems and Wolfcard) will be closed Friday, May 31 for Staff Appreciation Day events.
