Gone too soon: Honoring a WWAMI student's life

A tragic kayaking accident claimed the life of WWAMI student Xavier Engle last year. His classmates and faculty, with input from Engle's mother and his life partner, created a scholarship award to help other Alaska WWAMI students and honor his memory.
