Dr. J. David Mason will present Certainty Thresholds, Client Advocacy and the Realistic Possibility Standard on March 9 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in RH 204. His paper reports on a case study questionnaire
used to examine tax practitioners understanding of and application of the realistic
possibility standard for evaluating positions taken on tax issues. The public is welcome
