2007 City-Wide Career and Job Fair

Fair hosts more than 70 businesses, trades and career representatives
The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), in conjunction with the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce and the Anchorage School District, will host the City-Wide Career and Job Fair on Saturday, March 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the University of Alaska Anchorage Student Union.

There will be more than 70 different businesses, trades and career representatives available to talk to job seekers about their organizations and potential career and job opportunities.  This is the perfect chance for job seekers to get information about summer and full-time job opportunities.  Everyone from graduating high school students to retirees is welcome to this community event.

A broad selection of employers will be participating this year including, The Arc of Anchorage, BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc., United Airlines, Princess Tours, The Municipality of Anchorage and more!

The UAA Student Union is located on Providence Drive between Lake Otis and UAA Drive.  Admission and parking is free.  Attendees are encouraged to bring résumés to the event.
