Registrar Candidate Open Forum

Staff, faculty and students are invited to attend an open forum with John Allred who is a finalist for the registrar position in Enrollment Services (formerly held by Mary Howard). The open forum will be held May 25 from 2 to 2:50 p.m. in Library 307.

The responsibilities of the registrar include interpreting academic policies and reviewing exceptions to policies; providing leadership to academic records activities including class scheduling, catalog and schedule production, transfer credit evaluations, degree and certificate audits and posting, academic record maintenance and verification and all aspects of the registration process; serving as ex-officio member on the Undergraduate and Graduate Academic Boards; and serving as a resource and advisor to faculty on academic policy and degree requirements.
