Congratulations to UAA Class of 2007 dental hygiene students

The 2007 graduating class of dental hygiene students placed second in the nation on their National Board Examination. This is the second time in three years that UAA dental hygiene students have placed second nationally.UAA's dental hygiene program is a part of the Allied Health Sciences Division and is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association.  The Associate of Applied Science degree is a three-year endeavor comprised of one year of science and general education courses and two years of course work in dental hygiene.  The program prepares graduates clinically and academically to take the National and Western Regional Examining Boards for licensure.
