Cash prizes for student business plans

The College of Business and Public Policy presents the 2007 Alaska Business Plan Competition. UAA and APU organize this annual event with cash prizes donated by Alaskan banks, investment firms and private investors. Students are encouraged to submit entries, open to businesses located in or intending to locate in Alaska. The final competition, on Dec. 5 will be open to the public and judged by local business and investment leaders. The deadline to register for the competition is Oct. 5 with plans due Nov. 26.
