Kayla Williams - Young, Female and in the U.S. Army

Student Activities presents Kayla Williams "Young, Female and in the U.S. Army." Kayla, a former U.S. Army soldier and Arabic interpreter, will talk about her unique first-hand experiences and interactions as an interpreter with the Iraqi people as well as her life as a female soldier in today's modern military. Williams is also the author of Love My Rifle More Than You. Hear her stories on Thursday, Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m. in the UAA Fine Arts Building. This event is free and open to the public.
