Senior Friendly Day at UAA

Since Chancellor Ulmer declared Oct. 12 Senior Friendly Day, the Human Services Club will be hosting tours for seniors with the day culminating at a dinner in the Student Union Den at 6:30 p.m. The festivities will include a blind and silent auction. An item up for bid includes a personalized tour of an F-22 Raptor on Elmendorf AFB. The Human Services Club is requesting a $5 donation for dinner with proceeds donated to the Older Alaskan Action Group for Certified Nursing Assistant scholarships.
