Talented jazz trio to perform next week in the Wendy

One of the world's best-known jazz musicians will perform in a trio at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, in the Wendy Williamson Auditorium. Acclaimed jazz guitarist Bill Frisell will be joined by violinist Jenny Scheinman and steel guitarist Greg Leisz. The trio will play before a changing backdrop of black-and-white shots by Mike Disfarmer, an eclectic photographer. Advance tickets for the Nov. 6 concert are available at www.uaatix.com.
