Park in Fine Arts or North, take chance on winning a bike

Do you lurk around fully occupied UAA parking lots, hoping someone leaving class will pull their vehicle out of the row youre idling in? Get Off the GRID and head to greener pastures! And while you're at it, enter a contest for a new bike. UAA Parking Services is instituting a new program to help alleviate parking issues in the busier lots on campus. For two weeks, those who park in the Fine Arts or North parking lots have the chance to win prizes. Added shuttle service to these lots during the peak hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. will ensure you get to your class on time. Meanwhile, each person who rides the shuttle will get the chance to enter a drawing for a new bike - one bike each week of the promotion. You also get to tell Parking Services how you really feel about the job they're doing. This Off-the-Grid parking promotion starts Monday, November 26, and runs through Friday, December 7.
