2007 Cabin Fever Debates

Registration is now open for the 3rd Annual Cabin Fever Debates--UAA's intramural Debating Tournament. The competition will be held on Tuesday evenings in February and March 2007.
Teams are selected in a preliminary competition that culminates in a final round competition. Each member of the Champion team will receive a $1,000 award and the opportunity to compete in the US Universities Debating Championships in April. The tournament is open to all UAA undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in a minimum of three credits. Topics and sides for each debate will be drawn from controversial Alaskan, national and international issues. All experience levels are encouraged to participate!
