CTC hires Martha Ethridge

The Community and Technical College (CTC) recently hired Martha Ethridge as the college's assistant to the dean. Ms. Ethridge will maintain and oversee administrative procedures within CTC's central office related to planning, faculty and staff recruitment, hiring, evaluation and appraisal, program review and assessment, records management, communications and special projects management.
