Concert Board presents an Alaska band called Bearfoot

by Kathleen McCoy  |

Bearfoot returns home to Alaska after several big shows in the Lower 48 and will play Friday, March 28, at 7:30 p.m.
in the Wendy Williamson Auditorium.

Bona fide Alaska grown, Bearfoot originated from a group of music-camp counselors who met while working in Cordova. Their unique sounds range from traditional bluegrass to original jazzy compositions, music that has engaged audiences across the nation.

Tickets to Friday's concert are $20 for the general public and $10 for UAA students (with valid ID), available online.
