Ashlad and the Good Helpers

UAA Theatre for Young People (TYP) presents "Ashlad and the Good Helpers" at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium on April 19, 20, 26 and 27. "Ashlad" is a story of courage, integrity and the magic of truth based on a traditional folk tale from Norway and Russia. This visually stunning production, adapted for the stage by Yngvil Vatn Guttu (director), Sandra Kleven and the TYP ensemble, includes masks, large-scale puppets (by Buzzoplex), projections, quirky poetry and original music.

Enjoyable for all ages. All tickets $10. Performances in the Wendy Williamson Auditorium at 3 p.m.

Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20 at 3 p.m.
Saturday, April 26 and Sunday, April 27 at 3 p.m.
