Dr. Barbara Berner has been selected for the "Outstanding Nurse Practitioner Educator Award of the Year" by the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties at their annual conference in Louisville, KY.Each year one nurse practitioner educator is selected from across the nation for this most prestigious award and recognition.
Dr. Berner has been involved with nurse practitioner education at UAA for the past 10 years and is the coordinator for the family nurse practitioner tract at UAA.
