Alumni Association seeks applicants for Board of Directors--deadline extended

The UAA Alumni Association is currently looking to fill four positions on its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is seeking alumni from the following disciplines to consider serving: Nursing, WWAMI, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration and Law.

Applicants must be active members of the UAA Alumni Association to be considered for a position on the Board of Directors. Those interested in applying, but who are not yet active members, are encouraged to join the Association online at www.uaaalumni.org or submit a downloadable application with the candidacy package.

Alumni interested in running for a seat on the Board of Directors should submit the following information to be considered for a candidate position on the election ballot:

• Name, address, phone, e-mail
• Brief profile/biographical information (150 words)
• Class year, degree, experience and current position/employer
• Why you are interested in serving and what you believe you will bring to the Alumni Association that will add value and/or expertise to UAA Alumni and the University.
