Kenai Peninsula College's Kenai River Campus 2008 commencement

KPC's Kenai River Campus 2008 commencement ceremony will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 6 at the Renee C. Henderson Auditorium at Kenai Central High School.
This year, nine bachelor's degrees, 113 associate's degrees and 43 certificates or welding certifications will be awarded. In addition, KRC will award 41 GED diplomas. A number of academic awards and scholarships will be announced at the ceremony. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Barbara Christian, KRC English professor, who will be retiring after more than 20 years of service to the college.
The public is invited to attend the event. There will be a registration table in the foyer for all KPC alumni and signing up is encouraged. A reception for the graduates and their families will immediately follow the ceremony in the foyer of the auditorium.
