June 25, 2008: Alaskans Against the Mining Shutdown to discuss ballot measure 4

Join Karl Hanneman, director of corporate affairs for Teck Cominco Alaska and a member of Alaskans Against the Mining Shutdown (AAMS), on Wednesday, June 25 from 12-1 p.m. in the Institute of Social and Economic Research (ISER) conference room. Hanneman will explain why AAMS opposes ballot measure 4 which would set new mining discharge standards. The measure is scheduled to be on the ballot in the August primary election.
