Administrative Services Division-wide closures today

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services will be closed Friday, Aug. 1 for a Division-wide meeting. Please contact (907) 786-4620 with questions.

The Campus Bookstore and UAA Printing Services, Copy Center, Mailroom and Parking Services will close at 11 a.m. today. Textbook buyback will remain open from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Campus Bookstore. If you have any questions, contact Jenna Lobb at anjml@uaa.alaska.edu or (907) 786-4759.

UAA Budget & Finance will be closed from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. today. This closure includes: Cashiering, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Travel, WolfCard, Financial Systems, Disbursements and General Accounting. Contact Rhonda Swett at (907) 786-1464 with questions regarding the Budget & Finance closure.

UAA Athletics Department will be closed from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. today. The Wells Fargo Sports Complex will remain open as scheduled.

University Housing, Dining and Conference Services will be closed from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. today. 

UAA Human Resources will be open today but with limited services. The HR receptionist will be on duty from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and can be reached at (907) 786-4608. HR will accept forms, handle payroll emergencies and route urgent phone calls as needed. Payroll will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. except for the noon hour.
