Student Activities team brings life to UAA

From concerts and comedy shows to lectures and art gallery receptions, UAA Student Activities does it all. Student Activities, a branch of UAA's Student Life & Leadership office, brings art, entertainment and a sense of community to the UAA campus and Anchorage area while being mindful of the diversity and interests of UAA students.

This summer alone, the Student Activities team is responsible for coordinating more than 25 events, including the Juneteenth Celebration featuring Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, a lecture by Irish-American author Michael Patrick MacDonald, music by seven-time Grammy Award nominee John McCutcheon, and The Second City Comedy Show, among many others.
