HRS is pleased to announce that the fall training calendar is now online!

All UA employees are eligible to join the classes at no charge. Take advantage of one or more of the 4 tracks available:

Enhancing Leadership Skills Eight modules available for supervisors and managers looking to enhance their leadership skills-from employment law to A-Z employee retention strategies. Join us for all eight modules or pick and choose the ones that will be most valuable to you.

Navigating UAA Do you need assistance navigating through the UAA system? Experts from a variety of departments will share tips and tricks for getting through the processes at UAA. Participate in one or all of the ten modules.

Paperless Recruitment (aka 'UAK Jobs') Learn how to use the UA online recruitment system in this hands on training.

*NEW* Business skill development Learn Microsoft 2007 Word/Excel and/or the new paperless Banner termination workflow process. Join us to learn how to make your job more efficient.
