To better understand the legal aspect of statehood, renowned Alaska attorneys David S. Case, Ethan Schutt and John Sky Starkey will discuss judicial rulings and their implications regarding Alaska Natives, Alaskans and Alaska. Douglas Pope will act as moderator.
