Polaris Lecture: Churchill and Roosevelt

Warren F. Kimball, Professor Emeritus of History at Rutgers University, will deliver the Polaris Lecture, titled "Sheriffs & Constables," tonight. Kimball will discuss the legacies of Winston Churchill and Franklin Roosevelt and how their ideas and policies continue to shape the post-war world.
