'So you think you can dance, Alaska?'

Think you know how to shake yo' bootay? Prove it by entering UAA's So You Think You Can Dance, Alaska? Competition! The competition is open to all contestants ages 16 and over and $500 in cash prizes are awarded to top performers in solo, duet and group categories. All styles of dance are welcome.The fun begins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 24 in the Student Union Cafeteria. The competition was wildly successful last year with nearly 40 contestants (many of them UAA students) and cheering audiences that completely filled the upper and lower Student Union levels.

You must register by 5 p.m. today, April 22. Visit the Dance Together Alaska Web site to register and fine information about other exciting events at the Dance Together Alaska Festival.
