Register now for CPM Quality Customer Service course

This one-day course provides instruction in a variety of current issues and topics related to customer service. Focus is on front-line employees and managers who ultimately determine the quality level of customer service. This course addresses those "moments of truth" or points of customer contact that are the foundation upon which an organization's success and profit are built.

Register online for CRN:52808, and submit your signed tuition waiver form to cashiering. Course workbooks will be provided to students at no extra charge. The class will be held on Thursday, August 6, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in Beatrice McDonald Hall (BMH), Room 109. The cost is free for UAA /UA full-time employees.

UA Statewide recently authorized the use of UAA employee tuition waivers for approved non-credit and CEU courses. Use your tuition waivers starting this summer semester (UAA employees only). The tuition waiver form can be found at the UA Benefits/Tuition Waivers Web site. Waived fee for this course is $110.
