Bahleda has taught ASL interpreting for 20 years and has served as coordinator of
interpreting services for UAA and as director of the ASL program in the Dept. of Languages
at UAA. She is the author of Fingerspelling the Real World and co-author of Fingerspelling
in American Sign Language, and other books.
Admission for UAA students, AU students and East High School students is $35. ADRID
members will pay $70, and non-members will pay $95. Students must have their valid
student ID with them. Participants can register and pay at the door.
