Fall 2009: Deadline for social science/public policy internship award

Deadline to apply: Today, Oct. 9, 5 p.m.

The Policy Research Internship Award is presented to exemplary students in the social sciences and other applicable fields interested in the analysis of public policy issues. The successful applicant will be asked to contribute research and analysis skills to a forthcoming publication published by ISER. After all applications are reviewed by a faculty panel, the selected student will be officially recognized university-wide and will be honored with a $1,500 award upon completion of an ISER-sponsored research project. The student may seek credit for this experience through an internship or independent study with approval of the supervising faculty member and department dean or director.
