Friday, Nov. 13, 7:30 p.m. Fine Arts Building, Recital Hall

Award-winning, internationally acclaimed pianist and recording artist Natsuki Fukasawa, a graduate of the Juilliard School and the Prague Academy of Music, will visit Anchorage for a piano recital. A Fulbright recipient, she has performed throughout the U.S., Japan, Australia, Europe, and Israel. On the program are Chopin's Sonata in B minor and Schumann's Carnival Jest of Vienna, Op. 26, and works by Rachmaninoff and Beethoven.

Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket, including babies. It is recommended that patrons consult with the director before bringing children under the age of 16. Toddlers are strongly discouraged due to the small size of the theatre and potential for disruption of other customers.

The program runs approximately 120 minutes, including intermission. Tickets are available through CenterTix or the UAA Fine Arts Building Box Office at (907) 786-4849).
