UAA's Office of International Affairs is pleased to invite the UAA community to "Our Place in the Global Marketplace: Opportunities for Alaska and Alaskans" featuring Greg Wolf, Executive Director of World Trade Center Alaska. Mr. Wolf's talk will underscore the importance of international education in his vision for the future of international trade in Alaska. Refreshments will be provided.

Mr. Wolf's speech is one of several campus events marking International Education Week (Nov. 16-20). International Education Week is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education that celebrates the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. It is part of an effort to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn and exchange experiences in the United States.
