2010 Cabin Fever Debates

by Kathleen McCoy  |

The Cabin Fever Debates is UAA's intramural debating tournament, and is an opportunity for UAA students to hone critical thinking and advocacy skills while competing for great prizes. The tournament, sponsored by the UAA Seawolf Debate Team and the Alaska Debating Society, was created in 2006 to meet the needs of students who are not on UAA's competitive debating squad.

Preliminary rounds will be held each Tuesday during February. The semifinal round is scheduled for Tuesday, March 2 from 7-10 p.m.; the final round will be held on Thursday, March 4 at 7 p.m. Locations for each debate are to be announced. Please check the Seawolf Debate Web site for details. All debates are free and open to the public.
