January 2010: Provost's Task Force on the evaluation of faculty work for promotion, tenure, post-tenure review and hiring forum

Please join the Task Force on the Evaluation of Faculty Work for Promotion, Tenure, Post-Tenure Review, and Hiring this Friday for a faculty review and feedback session on Part II of the draft recommendations, which represents a comprehensive revision of Chapter III of the Faculty Handbook.

To ensure the participation of faculty members at the community campus locations, we will be providing videoconferencing. If you are located on another campus and would like to participate by video, please contact Liisa Morrison directly at anlkm1@uaa.alaska.edu so we can get you linked.

The Task Force anticipates completing the review and comment period for Part II of the recommendations by about Feb. 12. The Task Force will then focus on completing a revised draft of the entire document for final faculty review and comment in March.
